The Perfect Outfit for Galentines Day or Valentines Day

February is here, which means it’s officially the month of love. In today’s post, I thought I’d share an outfit that would be perfect for Galentines Day and could also work for Valentines Day. If you’re not familiar with what Galentines Day is, it’s when you celebrate Valentines Day with your female friends or gal-pals, thus the word (Gal)entine. This nonofficial holiday is usually recognized on February 13th and it’s a time for women to celebrate themselves. Whether you’re hanging out with the girls, with your significant other or both, this outfit would be fitting for each occasion.I like this look because it combines casual and dressy style. In the past, I’ve mostly worn dresses or skirts with blouses for “love day” with my husband and even when out to dinner with my good girlfriends, but this time around, I decided to add a casual element to this years look. Cue this adorable sweatshirt that I purchased from Shopaholic Styling Co. Initially when I saw this sweatshirt, I knew that I would love it. I wanted to style it in a way that was kind of different, so I threw on this black mini skirt along with these tights and booties. Of course to bring out the pink, I added these earrings and this adorable bag, purchased from H&M and Target.What do you think about this look?
