I’m Engaged!

I’m engaged! On Saturday April 9, 2016 my boyfriend (now fiancé) proposed to me at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia. Honestly you all, I’m still shocked that my babe pulled this off without me having a clue of what was really going on! Unbeknownst to me, he had been planning this proposal and all the logistics for months and I was totally “in the dark”. Everybody was in on the surprise except me! I mean I know I wasn’t supposed to know anything about it, but I feel like when people try to surprise me, I always have “a feeling” that somebody is up to something. I have a pretty good discerning spirit about most things but on this day, not so much (LOL)! I didn’t know it was happening until it was actually happening! I know that’s the way it’s supposed to be and I’m glad I didn’t have a clue because it made the whole event even more special! I won’t go into the details of how everything went down (I’ll save that for another blog post or maybe our wedding website), but I definitely wanted to share a few pictures from that special day.
