The Gray Coat: A Winter Staple
For some time now, I’ve been on the look out for the perfect coat to wear during the winter months. One that’s classic, comfortable, can be dressed up or down and fits tailored to my body. I’m pleased to have found the one!Isn’t this coat fabulous? I was out shopping with my BFF over the Christmas holiday and we decided to go to Banana Republic. I’m so glad we did! They were having a wonderful special, offering an additional 50% off sale prices, so immediately I headed to the sale section to check it out. While browsing, I saw a couple things that were nice, but I wasn’t “in love” with the items, so I knew there was no need in buying something I wasn’t 100% sure about. I then stumbled upon the coat section and found this gray beauty. When I saw it, it was “love at first sight”. LoL. I tried it on and the fit was amazing, so I knew immediately that I would be purchasing it. Although it was a little pricey even with the discount, it was certainly worth the investment. This coat is a staple piece that can be worn for several years, so I don’t mind spending a little bit more on it than I would for other clothing items.I plan on wearing this coat to church, work, meetings, dinner, you name it, and I’ll be wearing it! I love that it’s a neutral color, so it can be paired with practically anything, and I can dress it up or down. I’m so happy I found this amazing coat for such a great deal! Don’t you just love when God gives you favor, even while you’re shopping? I know I do!
