How to Make a Simple Outfit Look Chic
When I go out, I always like to look my best, just as most women do. Even though I want to look nice, sometimes I just want to throw on something simple while still looking pulled together. The majority of the time, my simple look consists of jeans and a top. Now I love a great pair of jeans and a classic white blouse, but if not styled correctly, the look can come off as boring.To spruce up the look, I did three things to make the outfit stand out a bit more. The first thing I did was to put on a hat. Hats are so stylish and are the perfect accessory to add to a simple look. They even come in handy on those bad hair days. This hat is in a neutral color yet still compliments my outfit nicely.The next thing I did to add to the look was to put on a bright colored lipstick. In my opinion, this is the simplest way to step up your look a notch. Most women own at least three fabulous lipsticks that can be worn with almost anything. On those days when it seems like you don’t quite have that “wow factor” that you’re looking for with your attire, always remember wearing a nice lipstick can work wonders.You all know that I love statement necklaces. Wearing jewelry is the perfect way to spruce up an outfit. In my opinion, one can never have enough statement necklaces.
