Two Budget Friendly Valentine’s Day Outfits

With Valentine’s Day coming up this weekend, I decided to showcase two outfits that I feel are cute and affordable. The first look is kind of playful. I purchased this romper (for $15) and necklace ($8) at the New Years Day sale that Dillard’s has every year. If anyone is familiar with this sale, you know it’s crazy! Everything marked down is an additional 50% off. Since there were so many people, I knew that I would not be trying on any clothing items I found because I didn’t feel like waiting in line for a dressing room and I only had a short amount of time.Since I like to get the most wear out of my clothes, instead of just limiting this romper to the spring and summer months, I decided to pair it with some tights to wear now. The fit is great, and it’s very comfortable! This outfit (minus the handbag) cost less than $100! You can’t beat that with a stick!

“Because I bought it ON SALE, I ACTUALLY made money.”– BorrowedI purchased this skirt from Anthropologie on Black Friday. Now I like Anthropologie, but the prices can be high (in my opinion). Needless to say, whatever I buy from there is always on sale! This skirt was an extra 15% off, so I ended up paying around $45 for it. I decided to pair it with a black silk blouse from my closet, some tights, heels, and my sparkly clutch. The entire cost for this outfit is under $150!
